Fulton County Warrant Records Fulton County Warrant Records

Fulton County warrant information is divided among the Superior, State, Magistrate, and municipal courts, plus the Sheriff and Marshal agencies that serve different orders. Georgia has no public statewide warrant lookup, and the Sheriff does not publish a complete name search. This private reference resource organizes the verified court, records, and contact routes so a person can identify the proper public office without mistaking one limited list for countywide clearance.

Why We Built This Site

Fulton County has no single public office that answers every warrant question. The Superior Court of Fulton County controls felony cases, State Court handles county misdemeanors and traffic matters, Magistrate Court handles warrant applications and preliminary work, and each city court keeps its own citation and FTA docket. The Sheriff says warrant status is not available by phone and limits its status process to the subject appearing at the courthouse or jail with photo ID. The Marshal also serves defined Magistrate and State Court warrants. These pages bring those official routes together, explain what each can and cannot show, and stress direct confirmation with the issuing court.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
